Minister of Foreign Affairs Addresses UN Secretary-General on Ongoing U.S.-U.K. Aggression in Yemen

Yemen | Bab al-Mandab | Sana'a - 27th Rajab 1445 AH The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker government, Engineer Hisham Sharaf, sent a letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, regarding the ongoing U.S.-U.K. military aggression that has targeted several Yemeni governorates with more than 300 airstrikes and missile attacks since January 12, 2024. In the letter, the Foreign Minister considered the U.S.-U.K. aggression to be unlawful, a violation of international law, and contrary to the objectives of the UN Charter.
