The speech, given on the anniversary of the martyrdom of leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, touched on a range of important topics. Among the most prominent were the stages of the launch of the Quranic project, its importance, its greatness, and how enemies rushed to fight it and arrest those affiliated with it, who were then known as “the first ones to proclaim it loudly.”
The leader addressed two essential points regarding the latest developments and events in the Yemeni confrontation with the American-British aggression. The first, bearing good news, is that the Americans have begun to resort to the method of camouflage, like the Israelis, and raise a flag other than the American flag for fear of Yemeni targeting.
“The amusing thing that we bring you good news about is that the American is currently resorting to camouflage like what the Israeli does at sea,” said the leader. He added that “the American is trying to camouflage his movement at sea and put on some of his ships the flag of ‘Marshall,’ an island at the end of the world, and he has become elusive at sea.” This indicates the strength and impact of the Yemeni action in the Red and Arabian seas, contrary to what America and Britain promote, or more accurately, what they seek to minimize.
The second point was a warning of the leader, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, of escalating more and more if the Zionist aggression and siege on the Gaza Strip do not stop. He said: “I warn them and say that they must stop their aggression on Gaza and stop their siege, or we will seek to escalate more and more.”
This warning opens up many possibilities in the confrontation with the American, British, and Israeli enemy in the Arabian and Red seas. It indicates that Yemen still possesses many pressure cards on this side, and that military capabilities have not been affected at all, contrary to what American and British officials promote.
One of the most prominent features of this escalation is what the leader talked about, and what the Yemeni armed forces revealed recently about targeting two American and British ships in the Red Sea, and directly hitting them with appropriate naval missiles. This is a noticeable development in the course of Yemen’s confrontation with the American, British, and Israeli enemy.
He said in a statement: “Through the operations that have been implemented, it can be said that the escalation course is still within the framework of its initial stages, considering that the first stage began with stopping the ships belonging to the Zionist entity, whether wholly owned or partially owned, followed by the next step of escalation, which was represented in stopping all ships heading to the occupied ports in Palestine.”
He pointed out that “Yemeni military operations have followed one another to confirm the extent of the ability that the Yemeni armed forces now possess,” noting that “when the leader launches such a warning today; this means that Sana’a has a lot and a lot that it can go to from options in the face of American-British-Zionist escalation, whether on the Gaza Strip, or on the Yemeni position supportive of this issue.”
He noted that “if the operations have reached the Arabian Sea, perhaps Sana’a has a lot that it can go with to what is further than the Arabian Sea from pressure cards, whether at the level of land or at the level of the sea, knowing that Sana’a has missile capabilities that are further range than what has been implemented from operations, and therefore, the Zionist entity, and the American and the British must take these warnings seriously, considering that Sana’a cannot back down in its position, and it always puts the initial warning messages to go after that to messages that are more dangerous and strongeron the enemy.”
On a related level, the leader clarified that “our dear Muslim Yemeni people stand today in a distinguished position and support the oppressed Palestinian people effectively and comprehensively, and that it stands against the triad of evil America, ‘Israel,’ and Britain with all courage, bravery, and steadfastness from the standpoint of faith affiliation and Quranic culture, and it offers martyrs, achieves victories, and strikes the enemies with all courage.”
