Ministry of Transport: Nearly 50 Ships Pass Through the Red Sea Without Hindrances

Al-Masirah, Bab al-Mandab Channel - Sana'a - 25 Rajab 1445 AH The Deputy Minister of Transport, Muhammad al-Hashemi, confirmed today, Monday, that the movement of commercial maritime transport in the Red Sea is still within the normal rate despite threats from US and British warships. Al-Hashemi explained that commercial ships and carriers receive daily threats from the American and British navies warning against passing through the Red Sea. He pointed out that the vital trade route in the Red Sea has decreased by 10% due to threats from US and British forces to ships and their owners.
